Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify, analyze and gather business requirements for projects and initiatives
Lead the development of business cases, project charters, and project plans to support the successful delivery of projects and initiatives
Perform business analysis tasks, including conducting feasibility studies, identifying and assessing risks and opportunities, and recommending solutions to complex business problems
Define and develop detailed functional and non-functional requirements and ensure their traceability throughout the project lifecycle
Lead and facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to elicit, document and validate requirements and ensure stakeholder buy-in
Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders and effectively communicate project status, issues and risks
Work closely with technical teams to ensure business requirements are accurately translated into technical requirements
Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and best practices
Perform other related duties as assigned

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information and draw insights
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver projects on time and within budget
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to develop creative solutions to complex problems
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a business analysis role, preferably in the banking or finance sector
Experience leading projects and teams
Knowledge of business process modeling and reengineering
